Sprint consummate.... over again....

Went to add together my T-Mobile sim for TNX. At one betoken rep asks me if I want dart complete or insurance or whatever and I say no as I always do. Kinda weird since I'm only calculation a sim SIM card....

Lo and behold I log in today to find that sprint consummate was added.

So even when yous tell them no they still add together it. This is like the fifth time.... my god

Accept fun canceling it when I was canceling insurance the agent told me to call assurion and after 45 minutesme request to have it canceled they canceled all insurance

When I canceled Sprint complete I told them I didn't have time to call asurion and client intendance was able to abolish information technology after escalating information technology.

I chatted and the rep said to call sprint care. Chosen the number and they are closed. Went into my account and the option to cancel it is grayed out. Why are they making information technology then difficult for us to cancel. I e'er paid my phone in full because I don't want my account to exist messed out. Chat with a rep to help me activate my Note Ultra. Everything is fine until today I saw that Dart Complete is added to my account on the same 24-hour interval my note was added and that I have to pay $xix a month. This is a shady business do and should be stopped if not sued.

Update: yes they did information technology to me too, just got an email talking nigh it.

Then whenever y'all change a SIM bill of fare or modify device, the system gives the client the option to add the insurance since it treats the device as new device in the organization. Equally far as Sprint/T-Mobile rep automatically adding it even after you told them not to is wrong. However, they take a metric they need to hit each month. Insurance is ane of the five metrics they have to hit each calendar month (at least information technology was five when I worked at Dart). The visitor obviously wants you to hit the metric or basically you get a strike. After a few strikes, you lot probably become fired (I don't completely know since I haven't had that happen to me personally). In improver, the in shop reps brand commission off of adding insurance on phones so some other motive. Notwithstanding, calculation insurance later on the client specifically asked not to isn't right. Furthermore, it too hits the stores metric (if you ever become to the store), then the store managers wants the reps to add the insurance for all customers.

I accept it happen every time I goto a 3rd political party store.

I oasis't had it happen at a corporate store, they'll still ask me to add together it and halfway push it. If it's an iPhone I'll say I accept apple care, if it's a Samsung ill makeup some other excuse...sometimes proverb I have samsung care + works, most of the time they don't know what it is.

I had an issue when they added extra stuff and I told him not to took me a few months for them to get them off my credit card charges. Had to call my bank and Dart every single month to get my money back

They said it is automatically added by the system. The employee has to override it if the customer says no.

This happen to me twice, luckily now it's easier to finance a phone through the industry and avoid all that crap.

oh yea they love putting that on my service already had to take them remove information technology three times. I don't understand why they keep trying to put that on my plan.

Prior to upgrading my phone had information technology removed. Then upgraded my phone had to have them remove it again. Then put the cursed Tmobile SIM card in my telephone got horrible results they put it on again. It's very redundant dealing with this.
