   More than than one awarding is giving me this error when I endeavour to run it. My user login does accept administrator privileges. I found this
   old question which seemed to be the same problem, but none of the suggested workarounds worked. In particular when I attempt to run the command:

   sc start secdrv

   I get the post-obit mistake:

   This driver has been blocked from loading.
